INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN ORDERING CR COILS AND SHEETS

An order or enquiry should contain the following information:

1. Product Specifications:-
   1. Specify product type (e.g. cold rolled coils-annealed).
   2. Material Specifications (e.g. JIS G 3141 SPCC).
   3. Surface finish, strip edge, and oiling requirement.
   4. Flatness requirement.
   5. Hardness.
       
2. Dimensions
   Specify nominal thickness, width, inner and outer diameter and maximum weight acceptable per coil.
    
3. Quantity per size.
    
4. Intended end-use (if intended for drawing, specify parts to be fabricated).
    
5. Packaging and marking requirements.
    
6. Delivery and shipping requirement (time, place and method of shipment).
    
7. Other special requirements that must be observed in producing the ordered materials.
